It’s not often that you get a chance to share your personal life. In a recent interview with Dads of Diva, I had the rare opportunity to share some insights into my other role, being a Dad.

I grew up with dreams of being a fighter pilot…a Top Gun influence that quickly took a back seat when I discovered the exciting and ever-changing world of technology. Now, instead of dodging rapid fire, I travel the globe dodging and fighting the traditional thinking behind how customers are behaving.
I’m a massive proponent of user centered design, with the opinion that organization need to start listening to customers before they design a product. I spend time showing them how customers are behaving with mobile and promote technology as a way to create experiences, insisting that it’s more important for an organization to know the customer, not their account number.
